Dedeco BJJ in the Community

Ventress Memorial Library is sponsoring an Intro to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Self Defense at the Dedeco BJJ Marshfield location on Saturday, October 5th. Dedeco BJJ Black Belts and local Police Officers Bryan Resnick and Johnny Araujo will host the event. 4:30-5:30pm is the session for teens 12-18 yrs followed by a session for adults of all ages from 5:30-6:30pm.

Bryan and Johnny will focus on situational awareness, basic stance and grip techniques, how to make distance between you and opponent and other useful tools.
